Returns and Refunds Policy

Everybody makes mistakes right? Not to worry though! At, we realize how difficult it is to order merchandise online, especially for first-time buyers. Without actually seeing the goods in front of you, you're never really sure if you're buying exactly what you want. That's why we offer our customers guaranteed satisfaction. Here's what we offer:

1.) If any of the following are the case, we will take care of it for you within 30 days of purchase. If it falls under one of those categories then we will issue an exchange or return without any problems. Just take a picture of the issue and send it to along with your order number and once someone gives you the green light, simply mail back your order and we will credit you the cost of shipping to your account.

a.) Faulty Product:

- If the product has a manufacturing defect.

b.) Placement Issue:

- If a print (APPAREL} is clearly crooked or off-center (>1").

c.) Wrong Item Sent:

- If we send you the wrong item, color or size.

d.) Out-of-Stock

- If an item is out-of-stock AFTER your purchase then we will process an exchange for another product equal or lesser in value. If we no longer carry the product, you will be issued store credit.

2.) Issues that are not our responsibility but we can try to work with.

a.) Ordered the wrong size, color, etc.

- If you ordered the wrong variation then we will try to work with you to get you the item you want if the item has not yet been shipped. Just contact Sales at to see if we can arrange to change items in your order. If the order has already been shipped then we would not be able to issue the exchange.

* If an item you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size or a different product. We are unable to charge customers the difference for higher priced items, so if you select a new product, it must be for equal or lesser value. We may then credit the difference of the exchange after the restocking fee is applied.

c.) Illegitimate Purchases:

- We take your purchase security very seriously. If you believe that an illegitimate purchase has been made on your account then please let us know. If the order has not been shipped out yet then we can just cancel the order. We will do our best to report the fraud to the proper authorities along with passing along any pertinent information to aid in the capture of the perpetrator. We suggest that you monitor your spending activities through your banking institution to be able to catch activities such as this. If the order has already been processed we would be obligated to complete the transaction because we would not want people to think they could just "say" they didn't authorize the purchase and still get to keep their order...We don't like scammers.

3. What is Not Covered.

- The following are conditions in which we would not allow exchanges or returns in any way.

a.) Any physical damage, abuse, theft or loss.

b.) Any attempted returns/exchanges/refunds on orders older than 30 days.

c.) For hygienic reasons, intimates such as hosiery, boxers, undergarments, pasties, cosmetics, supplements etc may only be returned to us in an unopened package. Products must be in "UNUSED AND BRAND-NEW CONDITION". If the product is used, damaged, and does not have the tags on it, we will not accept it back. This includes visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc. We will also not be able to reimburse you for shipping fees. Please pack your returns carefully and note that a 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns without just cause


- There is time between order confirmation and a waiting period in shipping and handling that allows for changes in orders before they are shipped.

- Please note that after 30 days, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

- If you return an item that qualified for a "BOGO" sale, you must return the "BOGO" item. If you do not return the BOGO item you will be charged the full retail price.

- Final sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

- One-time exception re-shipments are not eligible for any returns or exchanges. {Section 1 would only apply}.

- Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer). This also applies to exchanges and returns. If a refund/return is accepted then please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
